Badari's contemporary furnishings: the Life line
As part of a process of continuous evolution, in 2018 Badari expanded the product range by presenting the
Life collection. Contemporary, with features inspired by nature, Life Collection is characterized by clean and sinuous lines, which underline the elegance of handmade products with the utmost attention in the research of materials to maintain the extra luxury quality standard. Badari Life revisits classic shapes in a more organic key, which places emphasis on the textures of the materials, on the play of light and shadow created by the mottling, on the sinuous veins of the marble, the roughness of the metals and the natural shapes of the stones. The final result is a unique style, but easy to read, capable of integrating into any environment, even the most modern. Of a more minimal taste, the Badari Life line contains all the powerful beauty of the material.
The history of Badari: Italian style since 1956
The history of Badari begins in Florence in 1956, when the founder Marcello Badari began the repair business of brass chandeliers, shortly before the great economic boom that hit Italy after the Second World War. Badari realized that times were changing and new job opportunities were arising. Thus he began a new business, specializing in the production and reproduction of artistic chandeliers which soon won over many customers, especially Americans, attracted by everything that is "Made in Italy". In 1983 our company changed its name from Badari Marcello to Badari Lighting. Led by CEO Roberto Lari, it began to establish itself as a leading company in the production of
classic-style lighting, creating chandeliers and lanterns with an unmistakable, elegant and luxury style. Having reached the third generation, the new managing director, Mr. Patrizio Lari, has expanded production, creating and placing on the market not only lighting products, but also luxury seating and accessories, contained in the
1956 line, classic and elegant, and simplifying the brand into what it currently is: Badari.
